1. Zero-Tolerance for Misconduct

Mahek’s Atelier maintains a respectful and professional learning environment. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Use of abusive, offensive, or inappropriate language.
• Harassment (verbal, physical, or online).
• Disruptive behaviour during sessions.
• Intimidation, threats, or personal attacks.

2. Expected Behaviour

All participants must:

• Communicate respectfully with instructors and fellow students.
• Maintain professionalism at all times.
• Follow classroom etiquette and instructions.
• Please abstain from using the mobile a lot. We cannot guarantee missed lessons when the student is using the mobile in class.

3. Immediate Action for Misconduct

Depending on severity, the following actions may be taken:

Level 1 – Warning

• Verbal warning issued immediately.

Level 2 – Final Warning

• Removal from the ongoing session (no refund).

Level 3 – Termination

• Permanent removal from the course.
• Disqualification from certification.
• Ban from future enrolments.

4. Zero Tolerance Clause

• Any use of abusive language, slurs, threats, or harassment may result in immediate removal without warning.

5. No Refund Policy in Case of Misconduct

• Fees will not be refunded if a participant is removed due to misconduct.

6. Digital & WhatsApp Conduct

• Respectful communication must be maintained on:
  • WhatsApp groups.
  • Calls or messages to the team.
• Spam, inappropriate messages, or harassment will lead to:
  • Removal from group.
  • Possible course termination.

7. Reporting & Documentation

• Any incident will be:
  • Documented.
  • Addressed promptly.
• Serious cases may lead to:
  • Legal action (if required).

Basic Rules at Mahek’s Atelier

• Please arrive on time. Late entry may disrupt the session.
• Maintain cleanliness & hygiene at your workstation.
• Handle all equipment and ingredients with care.
• Follow instructions given by the instructor at all times.
• No abusive language or misconduct will be tolerated.
• Keep phones on silent mode during sessions.
• Recording of classes is not allowed unless permitted.
• Respect fellow participants and maintain a positive environment.
• Ingredients and materials are for class use only. You shall be given your allotted share for tasting to take back with you.
• Management holds the right to deny continuation in case of misconduct.
